in the office or via Zoom 50€,

for pregnancy related discomforts, as well as birth preparation from the 36th week of pregnancy

individual prenatal classes

for women and couples in German, English and Spanish (100 euros per hour)

Yoga for pregnant women

Thurs. 6.30-8.00 p.m. via Zoom

postnatal yoga

Wed. 10.00-11.15 a.m. via Zoom

Prices: Single lesson 15€

5 card: 70 € (14 per hour)

10 card: 130 euros (13 € per hour)
