The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

 

Data processing according to the Midwives Act, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act (DSG)

 

We are obligated to secrecy based on Section 2 §7 of the Midwives Act and treat your health and personal data confidentially. The following excerpt from the Midwives Act explains the purpose for which we may and must process your data.

 

§ 61d. (1) Midwives are authorized to work within the framework of their professional practice in accordance with the provisions

personal data required by this federal law for the purpose 

1. the provision of information (§ 6 Para. 4),

2. the notification (§ 6 Para. 5),

3. the billing of fees and medicines (§ 7 Para. 2 Z 3),

4. registrations under civil status law (§ 8),

5. the documentation (§ 9)

in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act (DSG), Federal Law Gazette I No. 165/1999.

Your data will be processed and stored in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations. In accordance with Art. 13 - 15 GDPR, we are obliged to provide an overview of the information given in the directory of procedures and of authorized persons. Upon request, information about the stored personal data can be given at any time, and our directory of procedures can be inspected.

Deadlines for erasing data

  • Storage of the documentation (patient file) for at least 10 years HebG § 9(2)

  • tax retention obligation (invoices) according to § 132 paragraph 1 BAO 7 years

Legal bases of processing

Without the processing of the data collected during your visit to this website, we cannot technically offer you a website. Thus, the legal basis for the processing of this data is our overriding interest in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit b (necessity for the fulfillment of the contract) GDPR.

The data you provide by filling out the contact form is required for later fulfillment of the contract or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot process your inquiries and consequently cannot carry out any further activities for you.
